WINNETKA — Three men have been charged with armed robbery involving a air-powered pellet gun. Patrick M. Shane, 20, of 5428 Washington St., Morton Grove, Nicholas S. LaPaglia, 22, of 5428 Washington St., Morton Grove, and Daniel E. Shaver, 39, of 8541 N. Lotus Ave., Skokie, were arrested at 1:46 a.m. Jan. 5 and charged with three counts each of aggravated robbery after a 911 call was made about a robbery in progress.
