Summer reading
During the first week in June, several librarians will visit Middlefork School to promote the 2012 Northfield Library’s summer reading program. This year’s theme focuses on the 2012 Summer Olympics. Students will also receive summer reading lists created by Mrs. Kaplan, the Middlefork librarian, with help from her current Middlefork students. All of the titles on the booklist will be available at the Northfield Library. Any Middlefork student who participates in the summer reading program at the Northfield Library will be invited to a special summer reading celebration held in the Middlefork Learning Center in the Fall.
