Abbott VP buys $1.2 million Winnetka home

WINNETKA — Martin G. Nordenstahl and Benedicta M. Badia purchased a home Sept. 26 at 1025 Hubbard Place in Winnetka from the Carol S. Monsees trust. The 45-year-old, six-bed, 4.5-bath, 3,323-square-foot home sold for $1.2 million.
Martin G. Nordenstahl is a division vice president at Abbott Nutrition International. He attended Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
