Medical researcher buys Winnetka house

WINNETKA — Russell L. Holscher and Anne Mynette Holscher purchased a home Sept. 15 at 886 Spruce St. in Winnetka from James W. Tingey and Marcia M. Tingey. The 123-year-old, three-bedroom, three-bath, 2,160-square-foot home sold for $680,000.

Russell Holscher is the vice president for biosurgery research and development at Baxter Healthcare. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Xavier University.
